Single mom handed over to lawyers.

Membership from 2007 till 2013 I was put on medical pension by the Govt. Joined on my own expense in November 2013. But my medical aid got in arrears because of my illness and expenses without medical aid. I made an arrangement to pay off the Debt. On 7May 2015 I paid R350 of the R375 I owed. On 8May2015 I was handed over to MBD. They added an additional admin fee. I am not happy that my name is dragged through the gutters and that I keep on paying and paying. At this stage I am paying R1800 a month for my medical aid still with GEMS. This is such poor service, and the second time in this year that I am reporting them to Hello Peter and GEMS headquarters. They don't seem to care.
