Sick and Tired of GEMS!!!!!

I have had so many problems with GEMS its unreal.....never in my life have I come across a company that is just so bad! They just don't care about anything except getting their hefty fees every month. I submitted claims for payment dated from March and each time there is a new excuse for not paying(might I mention that I would have to spend over 30 minutes per call speaking to nearly 5 or 6 people to get unclear information). I have tried using the complaints email address but GEMS don't even respond to that. Its shocking that we are paying such high fees but cant get any proper assistance. My last call to GEMS on Monday ended with the consultant putting the line down on me cos I asked for her name. I would really like to have a conversation with the principal officer.....he needs to get off his ass and sort our problems out!!!
