Should I pay for my own surgery?
I need to go for surgery but it is more than a week and GEMS hasn’t given any authorization yet! I have phoned numerous times and nobody can give me an answer. They haven’t even contacted my doctor. And they haven’t sent him any forms. GEMS service is ****! I need another medical aid ASAP
