Shocking service delivering
No communicatio. Have been mailing enquiries@gems for more than a week with no response to a claim. Also placed the claim on the app no communication at all

14 Mar 2022, 11:12I do understand everything about the claims etc i do not understand why there is no comunication at all from the enquiries site...never in my 4years have i received feedback, not for claims not for changes nothing. So why the email adress?

15 Mar 2022, 07:38After emails send again yesturday and all happening here still no solution. Were almost going for out next visit to the gyni and the claim from 5 March still not even attended to.
