*SHOCKING* Reasoning and Response From *GEMS*! The only *treatment* for preventing cancer from GEMS is silence and "we only cover 1 melanoma exam per year"! Rather than fighting the cancer battle *GEMS* is fighting against their members

I have been waiting for a year for GEMS to pay an outstanding pathology account. After numerous calls, where they say their “escalating it they don’t know why the PMB department hasn’t received it”, I received an email saying they only approve 1 melanoma examination a year! Shocking, I’m trying to prevent further spreading of cancer and they only wanted me to remove 1 of the 3 melanomas. Instead of trying to prevent cancer it would seem they do not care about treating and preventing the cancer battle. We pay our hefty monthly payments to them, just to get this treatment in return.
