Shocking Lack of Service

Shocking customer service. After three months of trying to reinstate a member's policy and confirming with a reference number for the call that all is sorted and member will be active from 1 Aug. Nothing!!! Keep getting SMS's to say documentation is outstanding but no one in your membership or collection department can tell what documentation is outstanding. Seriously!!!!!
