I had an emergency c section, due to pre eclamsia, GEMS refuses to pay the anethesis bill and my blood bills that i covered under there maternity plan, i have had numerous complaints to there complaints department to no avail, sitting with bills for my whole pregnancy, with previous pregnacies I was on discovery's lowest plan, and they covered everything. I am looking at cancelling my membership at gems as I am on emerald and this is the **** service they provide. They do not see pre eclamsia as life threatening, clever medical aid. Same with the blood, pathcare gave them correct codes they disapproved it, after they have been working with pathcare since par fell of the bus.
