Severe complaint and disgust

I'm absolutely disgraced at how gems puts a persons life at risk ,gems underwriting department is rolling dice with people's lives,this medical aid is causing pain and suffering towards my family ,my father is currently in ICU waiting authorisation for his procedure ,the medical aid moved his case to underwriting because of a so called Pre existing condition my father was admitted in a case of emergency without him having known about his heart problem the medical aid is witholding Auth there was no clear indication given to us or the hospital as to why his on underwriting ,I'm begging you to help us urgently as his currently in a life threatening situation god forbid anything happens to my father legal action will be taken against this medical aid ,this must be resolved as soon immediately
