**** service and not helpfull
<p>GEMS medical aid has been deducting money every month for a medical aid contribution of medical which I have not app**** for and they now want to hand me over the details are as follow.</p> <p> </p> <p>RUAN JOHANNES JACOBUS CROUKAMP</p> <p>ID NUMBER: ********** 090086</p> <p> </p> <p>We have asked GEMS numerious times to send me a copy of the signed application form which they failed to do.</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont owe GEMS a cent.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>RUAN CROUKAMP</p>
