Salwa Salie in complaints are ***********!!!!

Weeks ago I complained about the *********** services received by GEMS. This complaint was assigned to Salwa Salie who deals with escalations. She has no idea what the processes is internally to resolve complaints and gives us the run around. She confirmed a claim reimbur*****t to member then goes and pay the provider after member settled account. She has no sense of urgency, no knowledge of medical aid and is absolutely useless!!!Pay my claims and stop faffing around to all departments!
