Sacrificed by medical aid

I app**** for chronic medication and the Dr sent a motivation for trazot which is the only medication I responded to they straight ou keep on declining and I’ve had dramatic relapse even with that they refuse to approve like almost three weeks later I still don’t have any medication so the medical aid would rather sacrifice the member than save their lives. They say they will send an email but they don’t even do that
