Rude Agents

Today on the 28 of August 2024 i called Gems to add my chronic medicine. As from last year I struggle with this. The agent who assisted me informed me that he is the one that gets to authorise my medicine so I cannot tell him what to do. All I sent was tge doctor prescribed 5mg and he said he will make it 2,5mg. Right now i feel like leaving this medical aid. Its not the agent company. He is just a worker there but acts like he owns the damn medical aid.
