Ruby savings payout.
I have been on GEMS medical aid since 2017. I was using the Ruby savings option for a portion of the time I've been with them. I changed my option this year at the end of January and the consultants at GEMS told me that my saving will be paid to me in 4 months. I have been calling GEMS to find out when will my savings be paid and i have been getting different responses everytime I talk to a consultant. I do not get a specific date when they will pay out. I am very frustrated with GEMS and the poor service that i am receiving. It is now July and I am yet to be paid the savings amount.

02 Jul 2021, 01:21There is still no definite time I'll get the payout. The service is appalling. You created and have rules regarding payouts but you don't stick by them. Nobody I have spoken to could reassure me on a date. This baffles me.
