ruby savings

i am very disapointed in the response i get from gems when enquiring about my savings account on ruby. i changed options in december 2018 and was informed by the agent that my savings would be paid out within 4 months. i phoned again in march to enquiry as to whether i must submit any forms and was told no it will be paid out within 5 months automatically into my bank account. i am now so confused as first it wasnwithin 4 then within 5 months what is the waiting period and is it within 4 or 5 or after 4 or 5 months please clarify
