Ruby saving payment by Gems

I changed my gems option from Ruby to Beryl in January 2021, I called the agent and said payment will be made in 4 months and no form that I need to complete. I called again at the end of the month and was told it it's 5 months will receive an email to confirm the amount to be paid. Now is the 5th month and have not receive the email.what is the actual month and why there is no communication from gems when option is changed. Stanley
