Rotten Service Especially Call Centre

Personally I have had it with Gems. Been dealing with an issue since October 2022 and today I have called twice already to resolve the matter. In fact I have sent countless emails requesting some feedback, but nothing. Today waa just another day and a waste of my airtime, calling the call centre. 1st call was dropped and the 2nd one, I was kept on hold until it went dead on me. It's really exhausting having to deal with you. I really wish you had an office in PE, I'd be there as in now. Poor and ***********. PATHETIC
