Robbing of Instalments

<p>My Name is Unathi Mdaka which I was a member of Gems member no ********** 40 and I cancelled my medical aid on the 05 May 2017 with my employer and they sent an email to Lessie at cancillation department but they went and deduct the amount we agree on for May.I called the call centre to find out if my medical aid was camcelled and they told me its still active and I asked them to close for the second time and they did that but they did not send the letter to my employer and they want to deduct it again this month which I refused for them to do that.I am under my husband medical aid which they already deduct twice feom his account.Please intervene as I needd your assistance.</p>
