Robbing members who pay a fortune

I logged a complaint with regards to a refund that was being rejected for no reason due to *********** people. I just received and e-mail from the complaints department stating that an amount of R260.00 will be refunded. This medical aid just keeps taking and taking and rips the members off. A dr's Visit cost R1700.00 and the documents were submitted to the medical aid. Then after all the fighting to refund the actual member who does not even work. I get a letter stating that the amount of R260.00 will be paid back. A person pays Roughly R15 000.00 a month for medical aid that is a total rip-off, they keep taking and are never willing to assist members who pay a fortune for medical aid. Just convenient to deny people of what is theirs. I don't want excuses - I want a FULL REFUND or i will take this matter to the medical board.
