<p>I have joined GEMS three years ago and never really used my benefits as I'm not that keen to go to a doctor. Recently i've went to wash my teeth and they told my dentist that i've run out of benefits for the year. This sucks because i've never made a single dental claim for the year on the two benefits they are 'supposedly offering'. Such a poor service and they call itself a reputable company, if it wasn't because of the the subsidy from my employer I was gonna not even consider joining them... </p>
