Ridiculous! A Joke!!!!

Ended Medical aid with another company end March 2022 with the intension of joining my partners medical aid 1 April/ 1 May 2022. Fist application done 12 April 2022, ID copy requested 20 April and this was sent through. The next response was 19 May and conditions of acceptance sent 30 May. I am now being told my start date will be 1 July and can only use medical aid from 1 Oct after 3 month waiting period- THATS 7 MONTHS without medical aid! A Joke!! During a pandemic 7 months without medical aid due to YOUR RESPONSE TIME. Unexceptable sorry.
