Repeat Chronic Medication - No Approval to Date ?? Reference Number:

To Date there is no response on my Chronic Medication Approval. This is causing me endless financial problems because of cash payments for medication for the last 2 years to date. My Dr’s office has sent an email (see below) for the extension of my chronic medication last month. There is a deliberate "no response" from GEMS ? Look at my medical history and tell me what am I paying for ?
