Removed depent withou notice of medical scheme

I've send the wrong information according to my daughter who is a student at TUT, to my medical scheme - GEMS. My daughter's medical aid as student is cancelled. I can't understand why they cancelled her membership and didn't leave her on the scheme as an adult, untill we've sort out the miscommunication? I've phoned them to sort it out, but they say she wil be back on our medical scheme on the 1st of October 2015. And that is unaceptable for me.<br> <br> <br>
