Rejected Claim

Useless institution. I went for a procedure 6 months ago, they rejected all the claim. The ones they paid, they didn't pay in full. Now I have to pay the Doctor, 3 different Doctors amounting to R7000. My monthly contribution to this medical aid is R9400, I have savings of R13 000 on this medical aid. And I am expected to pay the Doctors that amount. This medical aid don't care about its members, they just want the contributions. Their staff is useless, ***********. I didn't get any assistance from them other done excuses. Useless and uncaring institution.
