<p>I made a claim to GEMS for reimbur*****t for consulting FAMSA. The consultation date was 24 March 2017 and thus far Gems has not made the payment.</p>

How long does GEMS takes to reply to complaints, i forwarded my first complian to GEMS on 12 May and another one on 18 May and no reply. I am completely not happy with this response.

- certified copy of your identity document (ID);
- a bank statement (not older than three months); and
- proof of your residential address (not older than three months).
