Refuse to pay for benefits as per 2019 Guides

I feel very disappointed with Gems for refusing to pay for my husbands Cpap machine. The 2019 benefit states that one Cpap machine per beneficiary to the value of R10,000 every ,3years. They are not keeping to their agreement.My husband desperately needs the machine as he stops breathing over 50times a night. He is always exhausted and its affecting his daily activities.I pay almost R8000 a month on this medical aid and I believe we deserve better service than this.
