refund of late hospital authorisation
Such a useless medical aid. Had an emergency birth delivery. Gems did not authorise. Had to pay over R50k cash to be discharged. Now i want a refund coz the approval was even weeks after the discharge. Im been sent from pillar to post for a refubd. But why? Im soo annoyed by GEMS. Calling everyday and not getting sense of what their sating. GEMS I want my REFUND

05 Oct 2023, 09:59A year and a half later im still not paid in full. Pillar to post then eventualy told its a still account. How do i forfeit my money. I have proof that i paid cash. So why duck and dive.
