Refund nightmare

i wanted to cancel my medical aid in November 2020 but decided to withdraw my cancellation as per advice from their consultant at Pretoria branch but they (GEMS) cancel the deduction on my salary even tho they sent me an email stating that i have been reinstated. two month from November 2020 and December 2020 no deduction on my payslip but my medical aid is still active, i pay them by hand(pay into there bank account). January 2021 i decided to call them again to inform them that they not deducting on my pay slip but im paying back the contribution, they then tell me that to stop paying they will deduct the money from my pay slip which is fine. the problem starts when they tell me they will deduct the oustading contributons as from November 2020 but i had already paid the amonts into there bank account, now i want a refund im told they cant refund me till all outstanding deduction are paid mind you i have manually done so. one of there consultants tells me that by the beginning of April 2021 they will refund me which is okay but now when i call am told that they cant i will have to wait till end of April 2021(May) to get a refund. my problem is that for the next two months I'm being double deducted and short on my salary, now i have to borrow money to cover that shortfall were as my money is in there account and they wont refund me.
