Really bad client feedback.

These guys have got no urgency to help out their own client base. My wife submitted a maternity form to have her cover changed from the normal health care cover. On the form it was stipulated when she would be available. Gems did not phone within in the time limit and thus couldn't answer.

I followed up with them to have someone phone her when she would be available. No body phoned her. I've phoned 4 times afterwards asking someone from maternity department to phone her but again it fell on deaf ears. Every time when I phoned I was told that someone would be phoning her the same day still. Nothing happened.

They have a complete lack of commitment towards their clients and I just had enough of this lack of service. This is pathetic to say the least. They are full of empty promises. This company deserves to go down under.
