Reading glassess

I've been waiting for Gems to authorise my optician script since June 2024.When my optician calls them they ask him to write a letter to them explaining one thing all the time(explaining that my prescription is from TORGA OPTICAL I did not continue with their service because they were too expensive for me)hence I asked for my script and opted for Ishmael optical in Protea glen.I dnt know why GEMS is giving him the run around.I really need those glasses,the ones Iam using now are over two years now ,just imagine the damage they are causing.Every call he makes to Gems they asking him for a letter...GEMS why??? 😭 Iam paying every month without fail
