****** Organisation

GEMS is a ****** organization, my father's cardiologist found that his heart is not beating well and he needs a pace maker. The doctor arranged everything and then boom. Gems started giving them a run around on why they are taking time to give the authorization. After all the drama they dec**** to allow that the doctor do the procedure, simply because he is black and his doctor is black. If they were white people the authorization would have been given with no problems. But because he is black, they don't give a damn if he dies. I mean why on earth would someone lie and claim that the patient needs a pace maker whereas he doesn't. I mean why on earth do we pay so much money if they are going to come up with soo much nonsense. This is after they have been giving me a hard time about me getting my CPAP machine. So do they actually think that we choose to be sick, and just want to be needy and annoy other people.
