Gems is very quick to take your money and conveniently slow on their behalf to process your medical claims and needs.

I registered my twins on Monday 14 January 2019 with an email to them at 10h45.

It has now been a whole 4 working days and they have done nothing.

Please stay away from this medical aid if you want avoid these disasters of waiting and being dropped.

Thank you for alerting us to your concerns regarding the adding of dependants.

Please note that as per our communication with you, dependent 02 and dependent 03 have been registered effective 11 January 2019. However, membership will be terminated effective 31 January 2019 as per your request received on 6 December 2018.

We trust the above is in order.
