Query still being attended

The only thing they do well is to tell you that your query is STILL being attended to, two weeks later. 1. I have not received and feedback with regards to the two dependants that I wish to keep on my medical aid 2. No feedback with regards to tests that were done last year, I am still receiving emails stating that the tests a long overdue. This scheme is being run like a ****a shop.
