Query for a bad treatment from Gems

Am Nombulelo Madubela from King William's Town from Dep of Education, on March 2023 I received a message from Gems that I owe Gems sum of money +-R2500 which is should not be like that and I called Gems concerning this matter but I wasn't satisfied with their answer and during June 2023 I went to Gems offices at EL about this matter even then I was not happy because I can't owe Gems because the company deduct my money straight from my Department. There other things they said is the contribution of Luthango my grand daughter of which it can't be like that with out my concerned as I registered my granddaughter on August 2022. After I came from their office at EL when I went to doctor I discovered that they suspend my activities from Gems as from 1July 2023 till to date. But all these months they suspend my activities but they still deduct the money from my salary till to date. 1. I have a daughter who is on chronic treatment depending on this medical aid. and I paid cash for her treatment 2. I did not use it when I went to doctor I paid cash 3My request to you I want all my contribution(money) that they deducted in my salary as from July 2023 till to date with their interest I was very much disappointed about all this as much as I was thinking Gems is the best medical aid but now I saw bad I will be very glad and appreciate with your intervention as soon as possible.
