Promises Not kept

I am still more disappointed in my medical Scheme because they did not put their telephonic promises to action. Vital aire sent me a email yesterday to say that there is no funds available for a cpap after they told me there is R6 400 available an I can complete a Ex cracia form for the rest. I forwarded the email to Gems complaint department and still didnt receive any feedback.#black friday
