PREMIUMS GOING UP YET WE HAD NO RAISE FOR 2020

We had a rough year with 2020 so much that we didnt receive raise but GEMS had to raise our monthly premiums as if we are not suffering already...imagine watching other medical aid schemes not raising theirs cause they understand how 2020 affected all of us....im very disappointed.
