Prejudice/Incompetency

This is *********, biased, incompetency,discremination. I don't think it makes sense to want and (it's not even a request) procedure and bloods report which are to be done tomorrow (13/02/2024), so how do you request report of the procedure prior to the date of the procedure?. I am being told this on the day before the procedure, so must Dr guess the results cause the procedure is only tomorrow. This is gross incompetence and I think the standard of Gems services has exremely gone down. Another issues is that their enquiries dept never responds/attend to queries. I had queries that i submitted about 7months ago but they have never been attended. Two of them I only received acknowledgement emails and that was it.

I am very annoyed by the service I keep on getting from Gems.

I feel your reason is prejudice especially since I have been paying for this medical and not allowed to use it for full 3months and now you have further conditions that were not in the medical aid contract. This is pure disrespect and gross violation of my health rights.
