Poor service Gems medical aid
My wife was admitted at Muelmed Rehab 18/02/2026.We app**** for a wheelchair the same day.More than 5 weeks now and still no wheelchair and same stories everyday.Worst medical aid and service.Everyday we must call back in 3 days,bla bla bla.The turnaround time was today,and yet another sorry excusse.
