Poor service from Gems😡

I app**** for chronic authorisation about 3 weeks ago and I'm told the authorisation is still under review.Im a renal patient and part of managing my condition is to keep my high blood pressure in control. The doctor assessing me on my last visit gave a script to increase the strength of my meds.I am still waiting for authorisation from gems till now.my health is at risk and they don't care.
