Poor service from GEMS

This company is the most incompentent and arrogant business. Even when you have a registerered dispute, which is registered at the Council for Medical Schemes, they suspend your membership. When you phone and ask for a manager or superviser, they cut you off. I feel sorry for employees who are forced to belong to GEMS
