Poor service for chronic medication

I am so disappointed with ur chronic medication department,registered my grandma january doctor send prescription and authorisation was sent,we provided u with address and everything but till today we haven't received any medication.i made countless call and everytime i call they transfer me from 1 department to another but still with no success,ur service is poor and such a disappointment i fail to understand why we still pay you
