Poor service for a patient

I had to have a root canal redone due to infection but GEMS refused on the basis that i had a gold gold implant as cosmetic surgery! The dentist even sent them an x-day together with a picture of my teeth to show them I have no gold implants. What a wasted day! I can’t wait for NHI and NO medical aids!
