Poor service

I was sent from one department to another, but still no one had idea of why my limit was exceeded after PMB had already approved and increased my gynaecologist visits. I had to pay cash even though my monthly contribution towards the medical aid is a lot and there is also an increase.. I hope I will get feedback soon. Being a government employee with no other medical options is so painful especially during this period of no salary increase
