The administrators of Gems services are putrid. As a membet *** that is terminally ill. Gems chtonic meds department and chronic dsp till date havr not approved my cardiac meds and other meds that are needef because i am in heart failure and have a rare disease #ehlerdanlos where there is no cure and chronic dsp issued the wrong meds due to their incompetence and gems chronic meds department. Instead of helping me as a member they are hastening my death. Gems alternative case manager and devices client services has not approvef my specialist urgent resuest that i gafsa garson to havr a care giver and to approve my assistivr devices. Gems service and gems administrators are delivering a poor service and dont provide the necessary service to a client that are terminally ill.
