Poor service delivery

GEMS MEDICAL AID CAN REALLY TRAUMATISE YOU.Last year they refused to pay my hospital bill.I had to make a lot of calls for them to pay, they still refused, a lady from the hospital said I should give her a last chance to call them.after a week they paid,the bill for October 2015 was paid late January 2016.Other doctors are still not paid to date.It's clear that I'll have to pay out of my pocket while I'm contributing a lot monthly to this same medical scheme.well that's not the end of it.I went to a dentist and I was not assisted as they said they don't take gems as it doesn't pay or they struggle to get payment,I went to a chemist to get medication,guess what the medical aid was not accepted as they said they don't take gems .Really Im beginning to hate this medical aid with passion.what's the point of having a medical aid if you always have to contribute from your own pocket.I wish the government was subsidizing other medical schemes like they do with gems.I would have taken onother medical aid long ago.
