Poor service

I m so stressed Gems is not an affordable medical aid but making money from poor,im looking at my adjustment I was paying R6216 then after their adjustment it was R5800 ,to my surprise now m paying R7533, is that affordable for teachers. .and I was looking at the reviews people are showing their frustration but Gems ignore some complaints. That proves they only care about our contributions not our wll being. The child who is an adult now. She was on medical aid I was contributing for her but it's like I hv added on top of wht I was contributing an adult .I don't understand this medical aid is not for us is for rich ones .
