Poor service

I am so frustrated about gems .I m out of GP province m in Durban so my child has been complaining about stomach. He had running stomach since 25th Dec .so now is saying it's painful. So I called gems to find out where can I go .network doc that can be paid because I haven't nominated a doctor I Durban. So consultant was telling me that it will.depend the claim may be rejected if it's not an emergency. So my question is 7yr old child is having diarrhea more days now ,so All I wanted to find network doc that is around Mhlanga because I m not fami**** with the place, so if you are told that there is a possibility of the claim being rejected..i m paying gems so that I get help if I need it.
