Poor service

Gems can frustrate you as an individual. I have being waiting for chronic medication for my dependent since the 5th of May. they acknowledge receiving the prescription but they are not delivering the medication.

Try calling their call centre, they will humble you on a serious note. they will keep you oh hold until they discontinue the call.
