Poor service by GEMS

I am being admitted at Bell Street hospital since the 02nd March 2018. Today i was called by the hospital personnel to inform me that they haven't received authorisation number GEMS. Reason being that I did not disclose in my application that I have a severe illlnes and now they are investigating the matter.

Everything that I put to pen when i app**** for gems membership was truthful. I never had a depression in my life and I never thought I will have one. It was the first time in my life consulting a Psychiatrist on the 01st of March 2018. There reason I consulted was i lost a sister through car accident on the 01st Deceber 2017. I think that took a toll on me. Please trace back from the time I joined gems.

Right now the hospital want to release me sick as i am due to your prolonged investigation. Should I be released, go home and Die???

I am very unhappy and dissapointed with their service.
