Poor service by gems

<p>I have app**** for an authorization to buy a nebuliser since from 1st of June 2016 till today I have never given the approval.The only thing I received from them lots of references that does not help me .I need this nebuliser I have waiting 3 months last reference that was given to me is MH ********** 8.the worse part about phoning gems you hold for years to get a relevant person .I am not happy at all about what is happening motivation letter from DR mkhize was submitted but still no nebuliser.</p>
