POOR SERVICE AND REGARD FOR THEIR CLIENTS

Government employees medical fund does not pay for anything but they hardly pay for any over the counter medication, prescribed medication, hospital doctor's visits or specialist visit without authorization... our loved ones could really die because of their tactics and they don't even... to the point that one of the consultants said "I wasn't part of that" forgetting that he too is a part of the organisation. To say that i am not impressed... is a gross under statement.
